"Shades of Autumn"
I spent a considerable amount of time wandering through aspen stands looking for the right pattern of colors before I found this picturesque hillside. It can be difficult to get a composition that works well in photography from a natural arrangement. One of the biggest challenges for me as a nature photographer is translating the beauty in nature that I am seeing with my own eyes to a photograph.
